NOMAS x AIAS: Charting Leadership — Student Paths Forward is a collaborative session designed to demystify leadership pathways for architecture and design students. Through dialogue with student leaders, recent graduates, and organizational representatives, the session explores how involvement in NOMAS and AIAS can translate into professional growth, advocacy, and long-term leadership within the built environment. Participants will gain insight into navigating student organizations, building networks, leveraging mentorship, and aligning personal values with leadership opportunities that advance equity, representation, and impact in architecture.
