Registration & Pricing

When does Early Bird end?

The last day of Early Bird is May 31st at 11:59 PM. Standard rates begin at 12:00 AM on June 1st.

Can I wait and register on-site?

No. Last year, NOMA Conference sold out and many didn't get to attend. We expect the same this year, so please register early to secure your spot.

I changed my mind about the sessions I wish to attend — can I modify my selections?

Yes. Once sessions are released, you may go to Modify Registration and update your selections. Please note that rooms have capacity limits, so make your selections early.

Can I cancel my registration?

Registration can be transferred. There are no cancellations or refunds.

Can our firm/company receive one invoice for multiple registrations?

Yes, there are two options for firms/organizations requesting a group invoice:

  1. One person can complete the registration process and add everyone in their group individually to generate one invoice, OR
  2. Individuals can register themselves as “incomplete,” once everyone has signed up, just email Fruition@noma.net the final approved attendee list and emails so we can group them together internally and generate one invoice.

 

What is the hotel cost per night?

The attendee room rate is $309.62 per night, incl. tax and resort fee, and the student room rate is $267.81 per night, incl. tax and resort fee. 

How can I secure my hotel room for the NOMA Conference?

Attendees will receive a dedicated booking link in their confirmation email to secure a hotel room within the NOMA room block. It is important that you use this link only, as rooms booked outside of it are not guaranteed within the group block.

If I'm flying in early for Golf Tournament, where can I book hotel stay?

You can book hotel stay for Tuesday night only at the Residence Inn. Here's the booking link.

Guests & Add-Ons

How can I register a plus-one for the Awards Gala or evening events?

Guest Registration is available as an add-on to a full registration for $350 per ticket and includes Keynotes, the Local Chapter Reception, and the Bro's Arts Ball.

The Awards Show is a separate ticket that can be added.

Will the Awards Show be included in my conference registration?

No. The Awards Show is not included in your conference registration — it is a separately ticketed paid event. Be sure to add the Awards Show to your schedule during registration to secure your ticket.

Sessions & Format

Which seminars will be virtual? Will all seminars be recorded?

There will be designated rooms offered virtually (across all days and times). Keynotes and the Awards Show will also be streamed and recorded.

When will the keynote speakers be announced?

Keynotes are scheduled to be announced soon — check back here for updates.

Where will the sessions take place?

The JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is the headquarter hotel. This year, the Local Chapter Reception and Bro's Arts Ball will be offsite — shuttle transportation will be provided.

Conference Mobile App

Is there a conference mobile app?

Yes! The official NOMA 2026 Conference App is your all-in-one tool to:

· View the full schedule
· Build your personalized agenda (log in with your registration email and password)
· Network with attendees, speakers & exhibitors
· Get real-time updates during the event

To view your personal schedule, log in with the same email and password you used at registration.

How do I download the app?

Search for "Attendee Mobile" in the App Store or Google Play, then search for "NOMA 2026" within the app to access this year's conference.

I used the app last year — how do I switch to NOMA 2026?

Returning users: log out, or tap "Change App" in the menu to access NOMA 2026.

How do I build my personalized agenda?

To add sessions to your schedule, tap the clock icon on any session and select "Add to My Agenda". You can review and adjust your agenda at any time within the app.

Expo & Exhibitors

What if I would like to attend the Expo only?

The Attendee Expo Access Pass is $100 per person and provides access to the Expo only on Friday. It does not include conference sessions or any other conference programming. Pass holders may also purchase a separate Awards Gala ticket for $75 per person.

How do I become an exhibitor?

What day and time is the NOMA Expo?

The 2-day expo will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026 from noon to 4:00 PM, and Friday, October 16, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa.

What is the difference between a Corporate Exhibitor and a Grad Fair Exhibitor?

What does a Sponsor get vs a Corporate Exhibitor?

What if I need additional people to work the booth?

For those organizations exhibiting, additional Expo-Only access is available with a $150 fee per additional Expo-Only participant, registered as a subsequent registration to the main registrant.
