Luke Vastano is an Architecture and Urban Design student at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and is the incoming President of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS). Luke is a strong advocate for architecture students, institutional accountability, and fostering connections amongst design students across the world. Luke is also a designer at Gensler in Philadelphia and was a member of the Summer Research Fellowship program this past summer. While Luke was the chapter president of his local AIAS chapter for three years, he balanced three jobs with being a full-time student, as well as many other extracurricular responsibilities. Later, Luke was elected to be the Northeast QUAD Director of the AIAS, and is now the International President-Elect.
