Description
This highly engaging session explores equity-centered career development skills to help emerging leaders get ahead in today’s workplace and stay ahead as the profession changes. Developed by the NOMA Next Emerging Leaders Committee under NOMA Elevate, it was built through eight months of discovery and partnership with NOMA emerging professionals around the globe—grounded in what real licensure candidates say they need. You’ll learn from mentors and peers through best-practice playbooks you can use immediately. We cover four essentials:
- Business operations—how practice actually runs (fees, scope, risk, coordination);
- Future-ready skills that increase impact inside and beyond architecture(advocacy, capacity);
- Mentorship and workplace backing—how to secure guidance, sponsorship, and resources; and
- Licensure and career value—learn pro tips on approaching AXP and ARE and how to translate your current contributions into measurable outcomes while building a weekly operating rhythm.
