Bradley DeBose is an award-winning architectural professional with over 15 years of experience working across the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Educated at Auburn University and the Georgia Institute of Technology, Brad thoughtfully blends design rigor with strategic thinking to advance complex projects throughout the Tri-State area. At Urbahn Architects, he has consistently helped secure multi-million-dollar commissions while deliberately strengthening the firm’s positioning, partnerships, and client relationships. His experience with DIGroup Architecture, Façade Solutions New York, Jorge Mastropietro Architects, and Gensler has steadily shaped his ability to connect thoughtful design with real market and community needs. Deeply committed to equity in the built environment, Brad actively supports justice-centered design and intentionally expands career pathways for formerly incarcerated individuals within architecture and construction. He remains civically engaged through board service, professional leadership with NOMA and AIA New York, and ongoing mentorship of students and emerging designers through the Center for Architecture and nycobaNOMA.
