The expo will be on Saturday, October 14th, 2023, from 10:15am to 4:15pm
The expo will take place in the Atrium Ballroom, Pavilion Ballroom and the foyer of the Atrium Ballroom at the Hilton Portland Downtown.
Both Grad fair and corporate exhibitor includes one (1) full conference registration + one (1) Expo Only access, booths include 6' x 30" skirted table with two chairs (no pipe and drape). Grad Fair and Corporate exhibitors will be placed in separate areas.
Corporate exhibitors receive one (1) full conference registration + one (1) Expo Only access 6' x 30" skirted table with two chairs (no pipe and drape). Sponsors (depending on the level) may include company details on conference mobile app, in-person conference registration, ad in NOMA magazine, logo in Print Media, exhibit space, E-blast to NOMA membership, recognition on all print/digital media and press releases as Signature Sponsor, and guaranteed Seminar speaker spot.
If you require additional audio-visual equipment, wireless connection, or electricity to your booth, please submit your request directly to EventNow, the hotel’s in house AV company. Select ' I am planning an exhibit booth', browse their technology catalog, select from a list of services/packages and then check out. All requests and payments will be made directly to Royal Productions.

Additional Expo Only access is available to purchase/register with a $100 fee per additional expo only participant as a subsequent registration to the main registrant.
There is limited space available for exhibitors. We encourage you to register as an exhibitor as soon as possible to secure a spot at this year's event.
As an Exhibitor, you will receive two registrations - one registrant will have full access to the conference, the other will access the Expo only. Exhibitors must register for the Conference. The Exhibitor who will have access to the conference should register the secondary exhibitor by adding an additional registrant. All badges will be available for pick-up at the registration counter. For security reasons, you will be required to always wear your exhibitor badge.
