This course will cover the history of Project Pipeline, its impact, and its future by presenting and discussing the changes in the program and highlighting its success stories. The goal is to share program updates, hear from camp leaders across the country and highlight alumni of the program to celebrate the 20 years of Project Pipeline. With the 20th anniversary of Project Pipeline, we want to present the changes in curriculum and the general direction of the program going forward to account for students new to Pipeline, second-year campers, and campers who return for another year, showing dedication and eagerness to grow within the profession. Additionally, the intent is to highlight our chapters that are pushing the camps forward (SoCal with growth and sustained retention of students, AZ with their partnership with the Navajo Nation, and Detroit for their multiple camps/locations).
