Veronica Pochet is a Senior Associate at Levin Porter Architects with extensive experience leading sustainable, high-performance projects for public, private, and nonprofit clients. She specializes in managing complex, multi-million-dollar work and brings a holistic understanding of design, construction, and stakeholder engagement to advance people-centered and resilient outcomes. Beyond practice, Veronica is deeply engaged in advancing equity, representation, and leadership within the architectural profession through collective action. She serves as a Director for AIA Dayton, is an alumna of the AIA Next to LEAD program, and is an active member of the Arquitectos Coalition National (ArqCoN), a growing network uniting allied organizations to expand mentorship, advocacy, and leadership pipelines nationwide. Veronica also serves on the Planning Committee for Arquitina, where she mentors emerging professionals and works to increase the representation of licensed Latina architects. As a board member of HATCH Architects, she supports K–12 design education and early exposure to the profession. Her work centers on coalition-building, community-driven leadership, and leveraging partnerships to create a more equitable, representative, and resilient architectural profession.
