Irma Reiner - Technical Design Services, Senior Specifier/QAQC. Inclusivity, mentorship, and experience are the central motivations behind Irma’s work. As a member of our Technical Design Services team, she helps architectural teams exceed their vision. Her close attention to detail and strong understanding of the architectural and construction processes make her an integral part of any project team. Irma says, “Finding the best way to do something or solve a problem with groups of people is the most rewarding part of my career.” Irma is known for her unique ability to communicate the qualitative requirements for materials, products, systems, and workmanship clearly and concisely. Her 35 years of experience with a variety of prominent projects have strengthened her ability to advise on best practices and help teams find solutions to move forward with project development. “Building the cities of the future is what we do every day,” says Irma. “I’m fascinated with what the future of Architecture looks like.” Irma is inspired by what the future technologies will make possible and how they will revolutionize the building industry and our lives. Mentorship is important to Irma outside of work as well, as she believes it will impact future generations for the better.
