Description
As our firms continue to mature and our profession evolves, succession planning has become one of the most important conversations facing NOMA-owned practices. This session brings together experienced NOMAC leaders to share practical strategies around ownership transition, leadership development, business continuity, mentorship, and preparing firms for long-term sustainability.
The conversation is intended to benefit firm owners who are beginning to think about their legacy, emerging leaders preparing to assume greater responsibility, and practitioners at every stage who want to future-proof their businesses. By creating space for NOMAC members to share lessons learned through decades of leadership, we can strengthen not only individual firms but the long-term vitality of our profession.
NOMAC represents a tremendous wealth of experience and institutional knowledge. We believe this session would provide meaningful value to NOMA members by fostering open dialogue around one of the most critical and often least discussed aspects of practice: ensuring that the firms we have worked so hard to build continue to thrive for generations to come.
