Description
Discover how the NOMA Future Faces Fellowship (NFF) transforms the internship experience for NOMAS students by removing barriers to access and creating meaningful pathways into the profession. Supported by the Large Firm Round Table, the fellowship provides paid full-time internships, housing stipends, mentorship, and summer long professional development designed to prepare the next generation of architects for successful careers.
This session offers a comprehensive overview of the fellowship program, including the application process, eligibility, program expectations, and the impact NFF has on students, firms, and the profession. Attendees will gain valuable insights into how intentional mentorship, equitable access, and industry partnerships contribute to developing future design leaders.
Hear directly from a panel of NFF alumni as they share their internship experiences, professional growth, and career journeys. Representatives from participating host firms will also discuss the value of hosting fellows, best practices for creating impactful internship experiences, and the lasting benefits of investing in emerging talent.
Whether you're a NOMAS student considering applying, an educator or practitioner, looking to support the next generation, this session will provide practical information, firsthand perspectives, and inspiration to get involved.
