Karen Jordan is the Deputy Director for the City of Baltimore’s Department of Recreation and Parks. In this role, Karen leads the Bureau of Recreation in Baltimore City and has been instrumental in helping infuse equity into specific and scaled solutions across the city, including this aquatics ecosystem effort.

Karen is an experienced, proven and motivated professional with a proven history of advancing meaningful projects in parks and recreation. She is passionate about the City of Baltimore and holds a Master of Public Administration from University of Baltimore.
