David has completed many multifamily housing projects, including affordable housing, new construction, adaptive use, and tenant-in-place rehabilitations. He has also contributed to the design of educational facilities, cultural buildings, and commercial projects. His projects consistently reflect well-sealed exteriors, durable materials, and efficient systems that consume significantly less energy than standard buildings. David’s career focus centers on sustainability, and the reduction of energy use and the carbon footprint of buildings and has a particular interest in Passive House design. He’s a Certified Passive House Consultant and believes that everyone deserves to live in spaces that are healthy, safe, and resilient.
