With a two-decade career in architecture and advocacy, Kavitha leads KPF’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and implementation of the firm’s global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment. She oversees KPF’s many internal Communities such as KPF Public, KPF Pride, and KPF+, and she guide KPF’s recruitment and resourcing, and its philanthropic and volunteer efforts. Leveraging her experience as an architect, Kavitha’s work at KPF has a project-focused component, advising on engagement and communication with the community as well as identifying and prioritizing project social responsibility opportunities and goals. She is a registered architect in the State of New York.
