Tiffany Montañez is an Associate and Project Manager based in Miami, FL. She is a born and raised Nuyorican who received her Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University. Tiffany started her career at age 15 working in Educational and Institutional architecture and shifted to Hospitality and Luxury Single-family residential after joining her current office. Tiffany serves as a Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at AIA Miami and was selected as AIA Miami’s Associate of the Year in 2022. Tiffany also the Secretary for the South Florida NOMA (SoFloNOMA) Executive Board. She is a mentor and active community member, Co-Chairing SoFlo’s Project Pipeline and is a Mentor of the ACE Mentor Program.
