Driven by a passion to shape healthy communities and to create spaces where individuals thrive is what led Meredith to architecture and what fuels her every day. From emerging as an architect at University of New Mexico, to her current role as President and Managing Principal at Baylis Architects, Meredith’s priorities of environmental sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the importance of childhood success have remained steady.

Her work experience includes all phases of the design process – from preliminary feasibility through construction, with a focus on multifamily and commercial architecture. Meredith strives to create and inspire beautiful architecture for the benefit of community.
