Molly Jacobs is a Design Professional with experience on a variety of projects, including education, commercial, civic, healthcare, and residential. She earned her Master of Architecture in 2020 from Portland State University, where she worked as a Graduate Assistant in digital media and fabrication. She has experience in all phases of design, from programming and community engagement to technical detailing and post-occupancy evaluations. Molly has a passion for inclusive and empathy-driven design practice and enjoys working closely with project teams and user groups to achieve goals creatively, efficiently, and equitably for all stakeholders. She serves as Co-Chair of the Conference and Awards Subcommittee of the AIA CAE Knowledge Community, and recently presented on trauma-informed, healing-centered design at EDspaces, a national conference for knowledge-sharing and innovation in education. Molly worked with Michael Thrailkill for three years as a specifications writer. One of her roles was to identify products from ethical companies creating greater justice in the construction industry. Since joining Integrus she has been proactive in sharing her research, increasing the firm’s expertise with specifications and construction product equity.
