Committed to design excellence, Johnny works closely with clients and end users to ensure design intentions are well incorporated into the structures Integrus creates. He has a deep knowledge and passion for sustainable design, believing that, as professionals, each of us has a responsibility to create environments that promote health and quality of living. Johnny brings extensive knowledge in building systems – and years of experience in different project delivery methods – to create appropriate and constructible design concepts to accommodate owner’s specific goals, schedules, and needs. Johnny came from Taiwan to United States in 1996 and earned his architectural degree in 2001 from Washington State University. He enjoys the collaborative learning approaches and career opportunities the state has to offer; and become a licensed architect professional in 2007. He believes every minority individual has an opportunity to become a professional. Johnny is passionate about sharing his knowledge in mentorship and leads Integrus’ firmwide Project Management Collaboration meetings to discuss best practices amongst three offices. Johnny was an ARE prep series instructor with Seattle AIA; and is an active mentor of many minority professionals at Integrus. His passion in sharing his career paths and knowledge is much appreciated by emerging professionals.
