Leonardo is a seasoned graphic designer, experienced design professor and a former city arts commissioner, currently enrolled in the M-Arch I program at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCIARC). He has always been drawn to the built environment, so when he decided to reinvent himself, becoming a licensed architect was the natural choice. Architecture is a reputable profession that has the potential to positively influence the way people live, interact and grow. Leonardo wants to be a part of this transformative field because he believes it is important to always strive towards making a positive difference. So, although school keeps him busy, he makes time to participate as a mentor to high school students by supporting the SoCal NOMA Bootcamp and Summer Camp programs and is also the current Student Representative for the SoCal NOMA Board.
