PAT JORDAN, President of Pat Jordan & Associates, Inc: Pat Jordan, President of Pat Jordan & Associates, Inc., is a specialist in community development. She led the renovation of the Gem Theater in the Historic 18th & Vine Jazz District and recently secured a grant to launch the Coalition for the Advancing of Equitable Development, focused on housing affordability and community stability. Jordan has played key roles in adaptive reuse and housing projects, including transforming D.A. Holmes School into senior housing and consulting on the Morningstar Youth & Family Life Center and Senior Housing. She has served on numerous civic boards, including as President of the Town House Community Development Corporation, overseeing a $35M senior housing renovation in Kansas City, KS. As President of the Gem Cultural and Educational Center, she has produced performing arts and visual arts exhibitions and expanded into media production and STEAM education. Previously, she co-chaired Mayor Sly James' Task Force for the Arts. Her accolades include the Missouri Arts Council Leadership Award and the Economic Development Corporation Cornerstone Award. A former Missouri Housing Development Commissioner, she continues to lead urban core projects and serves as communications consultant for the Grayson Capital NLBM Development Project.
