Eric Burger became the Executive Director of Shelter KC in 2020, succeeding Joe Colaizzi after his 35 years of service. With over 40 years of experience working with rescue missions across the U.S., Eric is dedicated to transforming the lives of hurting men and women through faith and community support. At Shelter KC's Men's and Women's Centers, guests receive financial, legal, and spiritual assistance, healthcare, career guidance, addiction recovery resources, and educational opportunities.
