Jordan A. Rhodes (she/her) is a versatile professional with a background in interior design and architecture, bringing nine years of industry experience to her work. As an Associate and Project Architect at Ayers Saint Gross, she collaborates with mission-driven clients, particularly universities and cultural institutions, to create impactful and inclusive spaces. Jordan is the outgoing Professional Development Chair for the Baltimore chapter of NOMA, a role she has held since 2020. She is passionate about understanding the barriers that contribute to the drop-off of people of color on the path to licensure and senior leadership, advocating for policies that enhance belonging and retention in the profession. Her recent involvement in planning the 2024 legacy project has deepened her commitment to community engagement, expanding her perspective on the intersection of design, advocacy, and social impact.
