Tiffany Montañez is a proud Nuyorican, born and raised in Queens, New York. She is a Project Manager at Gensler, specializing in hospitality and luxury residential projects across the Caribbean and South Florida. Tiffany currently serves as President of the South Florida Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (SoFlo NOMA), where she has led impactful initiatives such as Project Pipeline, a career exposure camp dedicated to inspiring the next generator of designers. She has also been speaker at the NOMA National Conference, advocating for the recognition and celebration of Afrolatinos in the profession, and services on NOMA's national ARE Scholarship Committee, supporting emerging architects on their path to licensure. Previously, Tiffany co-chaired the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at AIA Miami (2022-2023) championing equity within the architectural community. Her dedication to fostering a more inclusive and sustainable industry earned her the AIA Miami Associate of the Year Award in 2022.
