Eliezer Lee is a highly thoughtful architect with over 23 years of experience on consistently complex projects of varying scales. A graduate of the University of Virginia, his early emphasis included focusing on Building Information Modelling and using digital tools to create efficient solutions. He has expanded his expertise to include the complete design and technical solutions for highly collaborative projects in sectors including mixed-use developments, residential towers, transit projects, transit-oriented developments, adaptive reuse projects, corporate headquarters, museums and education facilities. He has spent the last 13+ years at Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM), where his leadership style focuses on empowering colleagues, sharing experiences and providing comprehensive solutions to modern architectural work flows in documentation and construction. He is equally a passionate advocate for mentorship, university outreach and the advancement of everyone through participation in the national organizations NOMA and Arquitectos and the employee resource group within SOM w/ the same titles and the Asian Alliance. He has a sometimes irrational belief that our human relationships are as important as the quality of our architectural impacts on this world and environment.
