Adam Gayle, AIA, is a wildly creative problem-solver known for his cheerful demeanor, optimism, and people-first approach. Guided by kindness, empathy, and strong listening skills, he builds trust-based relationships and consistently seeks constructive solutions. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Adam has served as a Principal, Project Manager, Designer, Project Architect, LEED Administrator, BIM Coordinator, and Construction Administrator across a wide range of public and private project types, including higher education, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, residential, laboratory, and athletic facilities. He currently serves as AIA Florida’s 2026 President. Forever curious, Adam uses design thinking to bridge traditional practice, emerging technologies, and tangential fields of study, fostering meaningful connections between emerging and established practitioners. He believes the future of architecture requires fluency in both physical and digital environments, and advocates for architects to take ownership of the ideas and intellectual property that emerge from them. As both an architect and realtor, Adam is dedicated to delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance beauty, functionality, and long-term value.
