Ava Helm is an architect at KGD Architecture, where she has practiced for nearly four years. Her work spans a wide range of project types, including multifamily housing, secure facilities, higher education, and interior renovations. Ava has contributed to projects from early programming and design through construction administration and is known for her collaborative approach and clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors. She is actively involved in the profession, serving as Vice Chair of AIA Northern Virginia’s Young Architect Forum and participating in community-focused initiatives such as Canstruction and architectural mentorship.
