Jacqueline Gonzalez Touzet, AIA, LEED AP, NOMA, is the Founding Principal of Touzet Studio, an award-winning architecture and interiors firm shaping innovative work across South Florida and the Caribbean. A first-generation Cuban American and Cornell University graduate, she has built her career designing for the Subtropics. A recognized leader in sustainable and resilient design, Jacqueline is a frequent speaker and educator. She has served as the University of Miami MRED+U Resiliency Chair, contributed to ULI and AIA Miami resilience initiatives, and lectures at FIU and UM. She also serves as a Trustee for Florida Atlantic University and HistoryMiami Museum, where she chairs the Building Committee. With extensive experience in mixed-use and private sector projects, she has delivered millions of square feet of built work. Prior to founding Touzet Studio, she was Vice President at Arquitectonica, leading multifamily projects in Miami and Manila, and previously worked with Related Group. Her portfolio includes global clients such as Apple and Nike, and she serves as Design Architect for Grove Central in Miami. Jacqueline has received AIA Miami’s Silver Medal and was named Architect of the Year (2015). Touzet Studio was recognized as Firm of the Year (2021).
