Lauren has an extensive background in healthcare-focused design. She currently serves as System Director of Design Strategy at Providence Health, where she is leading development of a virtual design platform for internal and external design teams, redefining the system approach to design guidelines, and managing architectural product partnerships. Lauren also leads design research initiatives for Providence, exploring better ways to create human-centered healthcare spaces. A passionate advocate for evidence-based design, Lauren believes that the best outcomes are driven by data, science, and alignment with business objectives.
