Marsha McDonald, M.Arch, is an architectural & cultural researcher whose career spans resilient design, education, and cultural advocacy. She holds a Master of Architecture from Florida International University (FIU) and a Bachelor of Arts in the Built Environment from the University of Technology's Caribbean School of Architecture, where her early academic inquiry focused on culture and community in architecture, focusing on coastal regions. Professionally, Marsha engages in design from healthcare environments, mixed-use developments, to urban design frameworks. As an educator, Marsha has taught at FIU and curated exhibitions and events such as Spatial Equity, Diversity in Design Arts & Architecture (DIDA) and Caribbean Resiliency.
