Yanitza Brongers- Marrero, FAIA, NOMA, LEED BD+C and LEED for Homes, is a Partner and the Student Housing Practice Leader for Moody Nolan, where she oversees the firm’s housing practice in twelve offices across the United States. Yanitza leads a focused housing studio where she has developed a rapidly growing practice that includes student housing both for academic institutions as well as developer-led public-private projects. In addition to her 26 years of architectural practice, Yanitza served as the first Hispanic president and fourth female president of the American Institute of Architects Columbus Chapter in 2019.
