Stephanie Morales, AIA NOMA, has over 8 years of architectural design experience and is passionate about facilitating meaningful conversations around justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion to further push our world forward. At work, she is a collaborator, community engagement strategist, youth mentor, and architect. Stephanie’s focus on the experiences of those most impacted by our work is shaping how the built environment can reflect the cultural heritage of its communities. In her free time, she mentors BIPOC architecture students through mentorship programs and NOMAPDX’s Project Pipeline summer camp.
