His WELL building-focused work draws on years of speaking and research on salutogenesis, biophilic design, and evidence-based strategies that connect physiology and well-being to real architectural outcomes. Manoj has presented nationally for AIA Virginia, CoreNet Global, and NOMA (2018 Conference with Tuwanda Green), and has served as a recurring guest lecturer at George Mason University on sustainability and real estate.
