Ronok Nichols, AIA, LEED AP, is an Architect and Principal with DLR Group, where she serves as the Region Leader for the Southeast. Ronok oversees 250 people and the practice operations across 14 states. An accomplished architect and expert in justice and civic design, Ronok has over 25 years of experience working nationally and internationally on large-scale projects. In addition to her current role as Southeast Region Leader, she also sits on the DLR Group Advisory Board, where she provides additional perspective and insight, guiding innovation and evolution and strategically addressing the firm’s business plan initiatives. Outside her firm duties, she is an avid mentor, serves on various boards and community leadership positions, including being a former AIA Orlando president. Ronok is a past recipient of the AIA Florida Silver Medal.
