PhD in Sustainability and Climate Resilience, María Isabel is the CEO and founder of Econsulting by S, a firm specializing in sustainable project management, territorial resilience, climate change adaptation, circular economy, and nature‑based solutions. She has advised governments, international organizations, and local institutions on regenerative landscaping, hydrographic governance, risk management, and resilient urban planning. A member of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps and contributor to the UN IPCC’s Sixth Assessment Report, she combines academic expertise with over 15 years of consulting experience. María Isabel also teaches at PUCMM in Santiago and has led projects supported by the Rockefeller Foundation, GIZ, and other global partners.
