Alyssa M Mitchell, AIA, is a Licensed Architect based in Seattle, with a passion for affordable housing, culturally impactful design, and higher education. An Associate at Weber Thompson, her work includes mid-rise residential projects, where she leads design development, technical documentation, and construction administration. Alyssa is actively engaged in mentorship and professional advocacy, serving as a mentor for NOMA’s HBCU Professional Development Program and Project Pipeline. She has also participated in design juries, panels, and career-focused workshops.
