Foliba Lima has built a career advocating for and coaching students to meet their highest potential. As the Emerging Talent Lead for Gensler, Foliba focuses on building relationships with students, faculty, and programs to advance design in all its forms. As a part of the Gensler’s Global Talent Development team, Foliba partners with Gensler offices to foster global engagement of schools and universities, support student programs, and contribute to a diverse talent pipeline. Foliba has earned a Master of Education degree from Salisbury University and a B.S in Finance from Morgan State University. His previous experience as an Academic Advisor, Success Coach, and, most notably, his work in curriculum development and retention of first-generation college students at Johns Hopkins University has solidified his expertise and commitment to university outreach and the development of students.
