Janiece Williams is an architectural designer with 10+ years of experience. She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of LeaderFlow, a nonprofit aiming to accelerate leadership pathways for professionals of color in the AEC industry. Janiece is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and promoting diverse career paths through personal and professional development. She is an active member of NOMA, contributing to initiatives like the SoCal NOMA Project Pipeline Summer Camp and serving on the SoCal NOMA Executive Board from 2018-2021. She played an integral role in launching the 2020 SoCal NOMA DEI Challenge, addressing industry-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
