Lisa, an Architect and Project Director at Gensler in Washington D.C., draws inspiration from the diversity of people, cultures, and places, which constantly offer fresh perspectives on experiencing the world. With over 26 years of experience and joining Gensler in 2008, Lisa has led projects spanning the US, UK, Middle East, and Africa. Her recent focus includes large-scale mixed-use commercial projects and social equity reviews. Currently serving as the co-director of Research on Equity in the Built Environment at Gensler, Lisa actively engages in discussions on design and equity. She firmly believes in the power of breaking bread as a means to connect with others and finds joy in exploring new cultures and places, thriving outside her comfort zone.
