Baltimore Sketchworks has been running a program of combination walking tours + hand sketching across Baltimore City and County. This tour event allows participants to soak in the most beauty that Baltimore has to offer as they bolster drawing skills and gain a deeper understanding of the surrounding spaces. With the goal of encouraging hand drawing as a problem solving tool/skill, participants across the range of experience levels will feel comfortable and welcome. In addition to helping encourage and develop hand sketching skills, the program's experienced architects will guide the tour to a deeper understanding of the spaces themselves and the planning techniques used to design them. Participants will need to supply their own drawing tools for this tour.
