Description

BmoreNOMA is proud to host the first night of the 2024 Annual NOMA Conference by hosting a reception at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture! This museum was designed by the late Philip Freelon in 2005 and represents the community and culture that NOMA stands for and stands behind. So what better way to show up and show out than to have a Pep Rally style party where you wear who you rep!? Whether you’re an active student or an alumni to your university or college, a proud member of your NOMA Chapter, or if you want to represent any personal organization - come out in your letters and gear and show off your personality and passions! In Maryland we have four Historically Black Colleges and Universities of which Baltimore is home to Morgan State University - the only accredited architecture program in the City! Join the local chapter as we take over the museum with exclusive access and private viewings of all three museum floors as we kick-off the EXCHANGE. Transportation and light appetizers will be provided!
