Taylor Holloway is a designer, architect, and educator who uses design-driven approaches to promote equity in the built environment. Her work is focused on developing new and radical uses of public space, advancing collective capacities for social impact, and championing the preservation of shared cultural legacies.
Taylor founded Public Design Agency, a multidisciplinary design lab that harnesses self-expression and design justice to cultivate healing and belonging in the places that we live, work, and play. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Prospect New Orleans, a contemporary art triennial devoted to raising the voices of artists who represent the Global South. Additionally, Taylor is an Organizer with Design As Protest, a 2022 Next City Vanguard, a 2019 Association for Community Design Fellow, an AIA Jason Pettigrew Memorial ARE Scholar, and the 2013 AIA Martin Roche Travel Fellowship recipient.
