Over the course of Kathy’s 28-year career, she has worked on a broad range of building types that have allowed her to foster
innovation and create the greatest opportunities to expand any project type beyond its standard boundaries. Two constants
in her diverse resume are high-quality design and an enduring commitment to create high-performance built environments.
Her leadership has resulted in numerous projects successfully achieving LEED Platinum certification, Net-Zero Energy, Net-Zero
Carbon, Net-Zero Water, Living Building Challenge Petal Certification, and PHIUS+ (Passive Building).
Kathy is an industry leader in sustainable design and has spoken at conferences such as Living Future, Greenbuild, and the
Symposium on the High-Performance Workplace. She served as Partner-in-Charge for the PAE Living Building.
