From Austin, Dan Hart, FAIA, PE is the executive vice president of architecture and serves on the board of Parkhill, a 450-person A/E firm. He was an adjunct instructor of architectural engineering at Texas Tech University, where he was the distinguished alumnus of the College of Architecture in 2017. He was also the founding president of the college’s Design Leadership Alliance.

Dan was president of the Texas Society of Architects in 2011. He served as 2016 moderator of the AIA Strategic Council and has served on the national AIA Board of Directors, where he has chaired the AIA Board Knowledge Committee and the AIA Public Outreach Committee and co-chaired the AIA COVID-19 Business Task Force.
