Joshua A. Foster, NOMA, Assoc. AIA, ULI is an award-winning architectural designer and Community Partnerships Consultant. Previously focusing on the design and construction of affordable and market-rate housing projects, he is the Founder and CEO of JAF Creative Solutions (JAF)— a community impact focused strategic partnership and engagement consultancy firm. Through JAF, Joshua has built an efficient process of authentic engagement outcomes and tangible community impact returns that extends beyond the design and development world through intentional grassroots communication strategies and active implementation. In addition to leading JAF, Joshua is an Adjunct Architecture Professor at East Los Angeles College while currently serving as the NOMA National Historian and an ACSA At-Large Director. A native of the Philadelphia area, Joshua is also a graduate of both Columbia University and the University of Southern California.
