Lopita Das is an Architectural Designer at Perkins Eastman, an alumna of Pratt Institute's School of Architecture, Treasurer at nycobaNOMA, and a Director at AIA Brooklyn. Brought up in Dubai with an Indian background, she has a deep interest in the power of architecture. She chairs the Emerging Professionals Committee at AIA Brooklyn, supporting the growth of young professionals. At Perkins Eastman, she co-chairs Design Stories highlighting the design process and encouraging younger staff to present their contribution to a much larger whole. She is a proactive member of the community and continues to empower young professionals through her commitments.
