Thea von Geldern is an Associate Principal at Allied Works. A native of Hawaii and a graduate of the University of Oregon and Cornell University, Thea has been practicing with Allied Works for nearly 20 years. Her human-centered design approach places people and place at the heart of her process, enabling her to navigate complex projects including civic, cultural, workplace, and residential work both in the United States and internationally. With an innate curiosity and honed communication and leadership skills, Thea fosters vision, collaboration, innovation, stewardship, and learning in every opportunity she engages.
