Caitlin is a registered architect with experience in higher education, health sciences, commercial and residential design. Her optimistic and inquisitive nature, paired with strong leadership and collaboration skills, allow Caitlin to work with large interdisciplinary teams to execute design for a variety of technically-driven, complex buildings. Caitlin believes that architecture should be designed with people as the driver of any project. She is an activist for equity through design, an inclusive design process and sustainability in the built environment.
