Brian Markham leads the Seattle office and the Seattle structural group where he is focused on creating strong design collaborations supported by deep construction knowledge. He has a broad range of project management and structural engineering experience on complex building projects ranging from art and art museums to airports and performing arts centers. He has a history of delivering on ambitious plans for world class architects nationally and internationally. His projects have garnered both architectural and structural awards. Since joining Arup in 2000, Brian has been a key member in many tightly coordinated multidisciplinary projects, serving as an integral part of the collaborative team process from the early stages of design through construction.
