Brian Gore, AIA, NOMA, LEED GA is an award-winning architect passionate about designing thoughtful spaces that uplift the human condition and foster deep connections. Dedicated to professional growth and expanding diversity within the industry, he actively advocates for minority representation through leadership roles in his local AIA and NOMA chapters. As co-chair of the AIAVA JEDI Committee, he develops strategies to support diverse audiences, evaluates EDI efforts, identifies new opportunities for members, and celebrates the professions diversity. As a Virginia NOMA board member and liaison to the state's NOMAS chapters, he creates mentorship opportunities, hosts portfolio and resume reviews, and provides resources for students. Throughout his career, Brian has worked on a diverse range of projects, focusing on learning environments at Quinn Evans, where he prioritizes inclusivity and social impact in design. He collaborates closely with educators, community leaders, and students to create spaces that foster learning, creativity, and belonging. As a boots-on-the-ground member of Quinn Evans' DEI committee, he advances equity within the firm, having also founded a Young Professionals group and launched a firm-wide mentoring program to foster growth across all career stages.
