Heidi Davis is a dynamic human resources leader with a passion for empowering people and driving business outcomes through innovative talent strategies. With experience spanning Architecture and Design, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Marketing/Advertising industries, she has built a career on creating customized, people-centered solutions that align talent with organizational objectives. As Regional HR Leader, Global Inclusion Leader, and Co-Leader of the Gensler Apprenticeship Program (GAP), Heidi is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, advocating for equitable access to career pathways and cultivating a growth mindset culture. Her collaborative approach to coaching and talent development has helped emerging leaders navigate their careers and unlock their full potential. Heidi holds a Master of Human Resources Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and brings deep expertise in coaching, talent management, and organizational development. Outside of work, Heidi loves travelling, cooking, and spending time with close friends and family especially her husband and three sons, Allen, Miles, and Dylan.
